Halo Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 42,500 per year
Requirements:- Strong platform analysis, administration, and service management experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable managing system configuration, developing reports and dashboards, improving processes, and supporting users
- Act as the day-to-day product owner for Halo PSA, ensuring it supports service delivery, customer requirements, reporting, data quality, and user experience
- Administer, configure, govern, and continually improve the platform
- Work with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiency and service excellence
- Help optimise incident, request, problem, change, project, asset, knowledge, contract, and customer portal management processes

Were hiring a Halo Analyst to join our IT Services team in Hockley, with hybrid working considered. Youll work alongside the Service Desk Manager, Business Operations teams, technical colleagues, customers, and suppliers to help shape how technology services are delivered across our organisation.
