Software Engineer

Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors or higher degree in an analytical subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or Physics
• Some programming experience and a willingness to learn new languages quickly
• Ability to apply a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems
• Flexibility to take on new and complex challenges

• Clear and precise communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results

Responsibilities:

• Work in an agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products
• Help manage the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture, including taking part in an on-call rotation
• Tackle varied and challenging problems daily with a data-driven focus on quality
• Take responsibility for tasks from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues
• Use AI tools in our daily workflow to improve productivity and contribute to new AI scenarios and opportunities
• Learn from dedicated mentorship and formal training to grow skills and get up to speed
