• Templates: Pre-designed resume templates for various industries
• AI Assistance: AI-powered suggestions for improving your resume content
• Export Options: Ability to download resumes in various formats (PDF, DOCX)
• Storage: Cloud storage for your created resumes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Subscription and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

You agree NOT to use Clever CV to:

• Create false, misleading, or fraudulent resumes
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of Clever CV (including templates, designs, logos, and software) are owned by Clever CV and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using our services. By using Clever CV, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide our services.

Template License

Our templates are licensed for personal and professional use in creating your own resumes. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense our templates.

Service Disclaimer

Clever CV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Employment Disclaimer

We do not guarantee employment outcomes. While we strive to help you create effective resumes, hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clever CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

• Monthly subscriptions: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no downloads were made
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected]
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the services will cease immediately
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• You may request a copy of your data before deletion
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clever CV operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
