PMO Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:- 18 months to 5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst, PMO Support, Programme Analyst, Project Support, or Project Coordinator role
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting, and programme controls
- Experience managing RAID logs, status reporting, and project documentation
- Exposure to digital transformation, ERP, finance systems, data, or IT programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Monday.com
- Support programme governance, controls, and reporting processes
- Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, issue trackers, and action logs
- Produce programme status reports, dashboards, and management information
- Support change control, planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
- Assist with budget, resource, and vendor tracking activities
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, minutes, and governance documentation
- Ensure programme documentation is maintained and quality assured
