PMO Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• 18 months to 5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst, PMO Support, Programme Analyst, Project Support, or Project Coordinator role
• Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting, and programme controls
• Experience managing RAID logs, status reporting, and project documentation
• Exposure to digital transformation, ERP, finance systems, data, or IT programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Monday.com

Responsibilities:

• Support programme governance, controls, and reporting processes
• Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, issue trackers, and action logs
• Produce programme status reports, dashboards, and management information
• Support change control, planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
• Assist with budget, resource, and vendor tracking activities
• Prepare meeting packs, agendas, minutes, and governance documentation
• Ensure programme documentation is maintained and quality assured
