Business Performance Analyst

Salary: £56,385 - 56,385 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, insight, or data analysis
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders
• Experience producing dashboards and management information
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing or supporting analytical and research projects
• Power BI experience is desirable
• Experience with customer research and insight programmes is desirable
• Social housing or regulated sector experience is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Deliver impactful dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards
• Analyse trends, KPIs, and business performance data
• Lead and support customer research initiatives
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner with senior leaders and operational stakeholders
• Support regulatory reporting and data quality initiatives
• Contribute to service improvement and transformation projects

We are recruiting for a Performance and Insight Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on a fixed-term contract until March 2027, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, with two days a week in the office, and offers a salary of £56,385 pro rata.
