Salary: £52,000 - 92,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Masters degree preferably in engineering, science or another technical or related field; an advanced degree or MBA is advantageous
  • 8+ years of post-university technology- and strategy-related experience in a professional services, blue-chip, industry, or start-up environment with a proven record of high performance
  • 2 years of managerial experience in top-tier strategy consulting or senior managerial experience in IT consulting
  • Strong strategic and analytical abilities combined with a passion for technology
  • Willingness to travel
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business challenges, identify strategic AI use cases, and define AI roadmaps tailored to business objectives
  • Analyse business processes to discover impactful AI applications, develop ROI estimates, and prioritise AI projects based on feasibility and strategic value
  • Design and document comprehensive AI implementation roadmaps, outlining milestones, resources, and timelines
  • Develop frameworks to track the performance of AI initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes aligned with expected ROI and business value
  • Lead large transformation programmes by integrating AI solutions into business processes and managing cross-functional teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, presenting strategic recommendations, addressing risks, and providing guidance on AI best practices
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends and technologies, evaluate their applicability to client industries, and proactively identify new opportunities for AI adoption
  • Lead commercial and technical due diligence of AI target companies
  • Work with C-suite and senior executives to problem-solve key issues and provide actionable recommendations leveraging AI and technology expertise
  • Lead teams of typically 3 to 10 consultants, coordinate day-to-day management of client project teams, and present results to client management
  • Guide and develop team members across general consulting and specialist roles
  • Support business development activities by building and nurturing new client relationships and helping win new work
