Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Ability to support a team in becoming fully agile across day-to-day work and projects
• Experience working closely with digital, product, data, CRO, web, and UX/UI teams

We are hiring a permanent Scrum Master for our central digital team, based in a hybrid home and Folkestone setup. This is a newly created role with a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience. You will join a central digital team working across day-to-day work and projects, supporting our move toward full agility.
