FIT Technical Solutions Architect

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least five years of architecting data center facilities infrastructure experience
• Experience across the full power chain from grid to chip
• Experience with thermal dynamics of the cooling environment
• Ability to design data center layouts
• Capability for cabling and pathways design
• Knowledge of sensor technology, including safety, detection, and reporting
• Ability to use OEM tools to build configurations, bills of materials, and high-level designs
• General knowledge of servers, storage arrays, and networking infrastructure
• Hands-on technical experience with data center critical facilities infrastructure
• Industry technical certifications
• Presentation skills to deliver to customers, partners, and internal teams
• Ability to obtain leading OEM certifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales support by offering expert guidance on best practices, industry standards, OEM product comparison, and solution design around Facilities Infrastructure
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, Partner Management, Global Engineering, and Advanced Technology Center Engineering
• Define and scope consulting and delivery services offerings with our professional services organizations and partner organizations
• Support field enablement through training and education for our sales and engineering teams
• Hold and attend recurring partner planning meetings with relevant partners
• Create digital content such as blogs, video blogs, podcasts, and presentations with our marketing teams
• Support innovative cross-practice solutions and offerings with other Global Engineering teams
• Host and deliver executive briefing centers and workshops for our customers
• Assist in building technical labs and demos within our Advanced Technology Center aligned to go-to-market messaging and customer demand
