Senior Solutions Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• 8-12 years of relevant experience, ideally in the technology industry and/or an enterprise cloud-based software company
• Experience selling, configuring, and delivering software demonstrations
• Experience implementing software products or solutions to enterprise companies
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, FreeMarker, HTML, and CSS
• PowerShell scripting, ASP.NET, and C# experience a plus
• Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift preferred
• Advanced knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and programming
• Ability to build relationships across stakeholders in R&D, marketing, sales, and engineering
• Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving environment
• Willingness to travel, as the role requires approximately 25% travel

Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concept evaluations to demonstrate our integration capabilities and meet client objectives
• Lead technical deep-dive discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices
• Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options
• Coordinate with internal R&D, technical integrations, and partner integrations teams to stay current on product capabilities and future direction
• Conduct custom proof-of-concept evaluations to demonstrate our integration capabilities and meet client objectives
• Drive sales and marketing efforts through high-quality sales proposals and supporting assets
• Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system
