CRM Administrator
Job Description
Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven CRM experience specifically with configuration, automation and testing.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with clear, engaging communication skills.
- We manage users, permissions, security settings, and overall system access while maintaining high data quality and performance.
- We own Salesforce configuration, automation, releases, testing, deployments, and ongoing updates.
- We support the business with day-to-day troubleshooting, user training, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- We partner with the CRM Manager and wider stakeholders to gather requirements, shape new projects, and drive effective system adoption.
- We ensure Salesforce aligns with IT governance standards, backed by clear documentation and continuous system enhancements.
