The Mission

Behind every viral LIVE and every creator campaign, a lot of money moves: platform fees, creator commissions, client payouts. You’ll help keep all of it clean, on time and under control. You’ll see how a hypergrowth agency really runs, and you’ll learn more in a few months than in most full-time jobs.

What You’ll Do

• Follow the money: Match TikTok Shop settlements, fees and affiliate commissions against our records, and catch every gap.
• Turn data into insights: Build and maintain the reports that show which creators and LIVE sessions actually make money.
• Keep creators happy: Prepare payout lists, check invoices and make sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time.
• Keep the books tidy: Collect and organize invoices and receipts so accounting and our tax advisor have everything they need.
• Automate the boring stuff: Help set up tools that connect TikTok Shop data with our accounting software.
• Have a say in strategy: Run analyses for pricing, client offers and leadership decisions.

Your profile

Who You Are

• Student: You’re studying Business, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics or something similar, and you want a working student job or an internship.
• Excel nerd: Pivot tables and XLOOKUP don’t scare you. You enjoy finding patterns in messy data.
• Detail lover: A missing cent bothers you, and you won’t rest until you find it.
• Fast learner: You’re comfortable in organized chaos, you ask questions, and you get things done.
• Bonus points: You’ve worked in finance or e-commerce before, or you already know TikTok Shop, Shopify, Moss or Spendesk.
• Language: You speak fluent English. German is nice to have, but you don’t need it.
