Senior D365 CE and Power Platform Consultant

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a D365 CE and Power Platform Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Extensive experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and requirement catalogues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Microsoft Partner experience.
• Relevant certifications in D365 CE and Power Platform are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Lead workshops with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between Solution Architects and the delivery team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project scope and objectives.
• Provide expert advice and best practices on D365 CE and Power Platform capabilities.
• Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct training sessions and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
