Job Description
Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience as a D365 CE and Power Platform Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Extensive experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and requirement catalogues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Microsoft Partner experience.
- Relevant certifications in D365 CE and Power Platform are highly desirable.
- Design, configure, and implement D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Lead workshops with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between Solution Architects and the delivery team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project scope and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and best practices on D365 CE and Power Platform capabilities.
- Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct training sessions and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
