Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience with software testing principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Java
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems, such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with Cucumber BDD
- Previous experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, and Karate
- Experience using test data tools
- Exposure to containerisation technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Performance and security testing experience
- Azure cloud platform experience preferred
- Desirable: knowledge of middleware or message queuing systems such as Kafka, IBM MQ, and ACE
- Desirable: knowledge of software architecture technologies such as XBRL and HTML
- Desirable: finance domain experience
- This opportunity may suit someone with previous development experience or test automation experience who wants to develop their skills further
