Office Technology Product Owner

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience owning products or services for meeting-room and office technology
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV, signage, print and room-booking platforms
• Experience managing hardware lifecycles and standards
• Experience governing vendors and managing SLAs
• Backlog and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrable product or service ownership experience with relevant technology
• Experience governing third-party or managed-service delivery against SLAs
• Relevant certifications, a degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to balance user experience, security, cost and operational stability
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Open-minded, collaborative and creative approach to work

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap, standards and prioritised backlog for meeting rooms, room booking, print and signage
• Drive a consistent, reliable and modern in-office technology experience
• Govern Kyndryl and AV/vendor operations, and approve changes before they reach production
• Manage hardware standards, lifecycle and refresh
• Partner with facilities and agencies on room and workplace technology
• Prioritise demand and continuous improvement, using data and user feedback
• Define the service outcomes, standards and SLAs delivered by Kyndryl and other partners
• Govern partner performance, manage demand and escalations, and retain accountability for the service
• Own the product and service vision, roadmap and prioritised backlog
• Hold delivery partners accountable for agreed outcomes and SLAs
