Observability Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including alerts, workflows, extensions, and DQL
• Experience implementing and supporting APM and observability solutions within complex environments
• Experience automating Dynatrace configurations using Terraform or Monaco
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of synthetic monitoring and log analytics
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Dynatrace Associate Certification is mandatory
• Active SC Clearance is mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support monitoring solutions across a range of technologies and platforms
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver end-to-end observability solutions
• Configure and optimise Dynatrace monitoring solutions
• Translate monitoring and non-functional requirements into effective Dynatrace configurations
• Deliver full-stack observability across applications, infrastructure, networks, logs, and synthetic monitoring
• Develop and enhance dashboards, alerts, workflows, and visualisations
• Automate Dynatrace configurations using Terraform or Monaco
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and observability best practices
