Head of Payments

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading payments, fintech or transactional technology products.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience driving revenue growth and developing investment cases.
• A proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering commercially successful products.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the long-term product strategy, aligned with wider business objectives.
• Partner with senior product leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation and market expansion.
• Own the commercial performance of the product portfolio, with a clear focus on growth and revenue.
• Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate customer value, commercial return and strategic alignment.
• Track progress against strategic objectives, removing barriers and enabling successful delivery.
• Ensure success is measured through customer adoption, commercial outcomes and realised business value, rather than simply software delivery.
