Elite 3E Senior Applications Developer

Salary: £59,000 - 99,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with the Elite 3E IDE, including significant experience developing and customising Elite 3E solutions.
• Advanced .NET development knowledge, particularly VB.NET, and experience with XML technologies such as XSLT and XPath.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL experience, including developing performant, maintainable database solutions.
• Proven ability to work on complex, business-critical applications and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Elite 3E IDE 2.7 or later development experience.
• Azure DevOps knowledge.
• Elite 3E Templates / Design Gallery knowledge, Microsoft Power Platform experience, and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customise and enhance Elite 3E applications and workflows for finance, billing, matter management and operational requirements.
• Work with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to design and deliver Elite 3E solutions that improve efficiency, data quality and user experience.
• Lead development of scalable solutions using Elite 3E, VB.NET, SQL and XML technologies, ensuring performance, stability and maintainability.
• Act as an Elite 3E subject matter expert, identify system improvements, troubleshoot complex issues and support the evolution of the firms practice management platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement, integrate and support Elite 3E enhancements aligned with business objectives and industry best practice.
