Business Performance Specialist
Job Description
Salary: £36,000 - 36,000 per year
Requirements:- We need someone who can communicate technical solutions to non-technical people.
- Previous business analyst experience would be an advantage.
- We need a high level working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Knowledge of PowerBI and GIS is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Report writing experience using PowerBI, Report Builder, Excel or similar software.
- Ability to analyse complex datasets.
- We are looking for someone who is proactive and forward thinking.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for analysis.
- Collect and cleanse large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Produce analytical tools, reports and key performance indicators that improve stakeholder service levels and process standards.
- Work on high-profile projects on multi-million-pound contracts and gain exposure to senior management.
- Analyse data from across the business, including GPS, Finance, HR, QHSE and management information systems.
- Develop, generate and present reports to senior management, operations, technical and support teams, and external clients.
- Present innovative ideas to the Digital Transformation Manager and continue working on approved projects.
- Understand management systems and recommend changes to improve them for operational employees and analytics.
