Business Performance Specialist

Salary: £36,000 - 36,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need someone who can communicate technical solutions to non-technical people.
• Previous business analyst experience would be an advantage.
• We need a high level working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Knowledge of PowerBI and GIS is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Report writing experience using PowerBI, Report Builder, Excel or similar software.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets.
• We are looking for someone who is proactive and forward thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for analysis.
• Collect and cleanse large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Produce analytical tools, reports and key performance indicators that improve stakeholder service levels and process standards.
• Work on high-profile projects on multi-million-pound contracts and gain exposure to senior management.
• Analyse data from across the business, including GPS, Finance, HR, QHSE and management information systems.
• Develop, generate and present reports to senior management, operations, technical and support teams, and external clients.
• Present innovative ideas to the Digital Transformation Manager and continue working on approved projects.
• Understand management systems and recommend changes to improve them for operational employees and analytics.
