• Experience in ERP integration and future-state platform decisions.
• Experience with HRIS, CAFM and other enterprise applications.
• Experience making integration versus coexistence decisions.
• Experience with application migration and decommissioning roadmaps.
• Experience working with an incumbent application management provider.
• Comfortable operating in a multi-vendor environment and helping manage integration decisions and delivery.
• Experience with Maximo.
• Experience with Workplace Plus.
• Experience with SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SAP ECC.
