Digital Transformation Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience supporting business applications, digital systems or technology-enabled business change
• Experience investigating issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting process or system improvements
• Experience creating business and user documentation, including process maps, guides and training materials
• Experience supporting user training, system demonstrations or digital adoption initiatives
• Good understanding of data quality and information management principles
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and digital technologies
• Successful applicants will be subject to third-party eligibility checks, including right-to-work in the UK and DBS checks

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for core business systems and applications
• Investigate and resolve system- and process-related issues
• Escalate technical, security and infrastructure matters where required
• Manage support requests and maintain system documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user support
• Support the delivery of SCEs Digital Transformation Strategy by helping improve business processes, systems, data quality and digital adoption
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement digital solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

This permanent Digital Transformation Analyst role supports our organisations digital transformation work under the direction of the Head of Digital Transformation. It is based in Waltham Abbey, London (E4 7RW), pays £35,000–£40,000 per annum and offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
