ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect

Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions within large, complex enterprise environments
• Experience across ServiceNow products including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, SecOps and IRM
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, security, governance and development best practices
• Experience developing platform roadmaps, architecture strategies and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and service data management
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers and integration platforms
• Knowledge of platform security, compliance, risk management and architectural governance
• Experience working within Agile, product-centric and DevOps delivery models
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across business and technical functions
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Must meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), which ordinarily requires British residency for the last five years

Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the architectural vision, strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform
• Lead solution design activities and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Govern platform architecture, standards, security controls and design best practices
• Design and oversee integrations, data architecture, CMDB strategy and service data management
• Provide technical leadership, mentor colleagues and influence key technology decisions
