Head of Product

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong track record in senior product leadership within financial services or another regulated environment
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering business-critical change
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-focused organisations
• Understanding of wealth management technology would be advantageous

• Define and deliver our product strategy, roadmap, and digital transformation agenda
• Lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts
• Translate business strategy into scalable digital products, operational capabilities, and technology solutions
• Enhance client and colleague experiences
• Prioritise products and influence major business and technology transformation initiatives
