Senior Software Developer, Platform

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

• We require experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, and implement robust, scalable Golang applications and services.
• We own complex greenfield software projects from initial concept through deployment and maintenance.
• We collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• We provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to mid-level and junior developers.
• We troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with clear, actionable recommendations.
• We set, communicate, and uphold quality assurance and coding standards across the team.
• We facilitate technical discussions, planning sessions, and code reviews to promote knowledge sharing.
• We ensure seamless integration of developed software into business systems through comprehensive testing and documentation.
• We shape the future of our internal development processes by building full-stack systems that empower our global engineering teams.
