Integration Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and implementing system integrations in a research and development or product lifecycle context.
• Strong background in product and strategy architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems, including configuration and integration aspects.
• Solid understanding of integration concepts, middleware, and data exchange between enterprise applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global system integrators, data governance teams, senior architects, and business experts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with MDG/MDM tools and master data governance practices.
• Background in R&D, product development, or technical product management environments.
• Experience documenting technical architectures, integration designs, and system specifications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of our R&D system environment, including its capabilities, interfaces, and data flows.
• Design system integrations that connect formulation systems, packaging material data, ingredient specifications, and related R&D applications.
• Collaborate closely with global system integrators to define and implement robust integration approaches.
• Work with MDG/MDM teams to ensure master data governance and management principles are embedded in system designs.
• Partner with senior architects to validate system architecture and ensure alignment with broader enterprise technology standards.
• Engage with business experts to capture requirements and translate them into technical designs that are fit for purpose.
• Document integration designs, data models, and system configurations to support implementation, maintenance, and future enhancements.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of system integrations, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Contribute to strategy discussions on how our R&D systems and integrations can better support innovation and product development.
