Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in enterprise-scale Salesforce solution delivery.
• We require extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
• We need strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning App Builder and Lightning Design System.
• Experience designing and implementing Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions is essential.
• Strong Salesforce administration, configuration, implementation and development experience is required.
• Experience delivering large-scale Experience Cloud implementations is required.
• We require expertise in Salesforce customisation, security models, workflow approvals, validation rules and data management.
• Strong Apex development experience, including classes, controllers, triggers, Visualforce and web services, is required.
• Experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs is required.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, dynamic queries and performance optimisation is required.
• Experience writing unit tests and applying code quality and coverage best practices is required.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Apex, including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and Future Methods, is required.
• Experience with Connected Apps, Salesforce DX, CI/CD and deployment tooling is required.
• Understanding of relational databases, data modelling and enterprise application development is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities are required.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills are required.
• Desirable experience includes public sector or highly regulated environments.
• Desirable certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform App Builder, AI Specialist and Platform Developer II.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Jenkins or similar CI/CD and DevOps platforms is desirable.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, governance and compliance requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
• We develop scalable applications using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce and Salesforce platform technologies.
• We implement Salesforce customisations, workflows, approvals, security controls and automation.
• We design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events and enterprise integration patterns.
• We develop reusable Apex classes, controllers, triggers and framework components.
• We build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within Salesforce.
• We implement SOQL, SOSL and dynamic query solutions.
• We write high-quality unit tests and maintain strong code coverage.
• We support Salesforce DX, CI/CD and deployment activities.
• We troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application, integration and platform issues.
• We work with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• We lead technical delivery across data migration, integrations, custom development and third-party applications.
• We contribute to development standards, code reviews and continuous improvement.
