Operations Administrator
Job Description
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for quality and customer service
- The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade A*-C, or equivalent
- A full, clean UK Driving Licence
- The ability to successfully complete an Enhanced DBS check
- Experience of operational administration, or a CIPD Level 3 qualification/membership, would be an advantage
- Schedule engineers, people and resources across jobs and sites
- Organise certifications, access passes, accommodation and expenses for UK-wide teams
- Liaise directly with clients to answer queries and coordinate engineer activity
- Support the management and administration of the company vehicle fleet
- Coordinate and administer subcontractors
- Work closely with the Compliance Team to ensure people and projects operate safely
- Manage scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs for CCTV and access control customers
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Manager and wider team
