Job Description

Salary: £40,000 - 41,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Must have 5 years continuous UK residency.
  • We require candidates to have active SC Clearance or to be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.
  • Experience in performance analysis and outcome measurement.
  • Ability to define what good looks like and how it will be measured.
  • Project planning and delivery support experience.
  • Strong information-sharing and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and seek guidance appropriately.
  • Adaptability in applying analysis techniques to new contexts.
  • Experience creating performance measurement frameworks.
  • Ability to identify reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of procurement, implementation and validation of tools.
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and data quality.
  • Ability to apply a range of data-analysis techniques.
  • Skill in turning analysis into useful insight.
  • Proactive approach to presenting findings that support wider decisions.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving.
  • Ability to choose the right communication format for the audience.
  • Ability to shape communications for different stakeholders.
  • Clear data visualisation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain findings to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Support our project team by measuring, tracking, and assessing performance outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a performance measurement framework.
  • Ensure data accuracy and data quality.
  • Produce clear analysis and reporting to help the team understand progress, identify risks, and make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with project colleagues and wider stakeholders.
  • Share information appropriately.
  • Help define what success looks like for the project.
  • Work independently and adapt analysis techniques to new contexts.
  • Escalate for guidance when needed.
