6PM grew through culture, not ad spend. Our founder's voice, viral moments and drops built the brand, and every campaign has to feel like it came from the same place. As Junior Art Director, you work directly with our Brand Director to turn ideas into campaign concepts and visual stories that land with our audience across DACH and our new European markets.

This is a hands-on role. You'll pitch ideas, build mood boards, shape shoots and make

sure what we put out looks and feels unmistakably 6PM.

Aufgaben

• Develop campaign concepts and visual storytelling for drops, collaborations and brand moments, together with the Brand Director
• Translate briefs into mood boards, key visuals, treatments and shot lists
• Support on shoots and productions, working with photographers, stylists and videographers
• Keep visual consistency across social, e-commerce, OOH, retail and events
• Hand over clear creative direction to the Marketing team (Social, Creative Marketing, Performance) so activation stays on brand
• Stay close to streetwear, music, sports and youth culture and bring references into the team before they go mainstream

Qualifikation

• 2 to 4 years in art direction or design, at a brand, agency or creative studio
• A portfolio that shows concept thinking, not just execution
• Strong eye for typography, composition, photography and motion
• Confident in Adobe CC; Figma and basic motion/video editing are a plus
• Genuine connection to streetwear and youth culture
• Comfortable in a fast, founder-led environment where ideas move quickly and not everything is structured yet
• Fluent English; German is a plus
