Senior SAP CRM Consultant – Functional & Technical

We are looking for experienced Senior SAP CRM Functional & Technical Consultants to support the development, integration, and ongoing maintenance of complex SAP applications. We welcome candidates with expertise in either of the following two profiles, depending on their background.

Engagement Details

Specialist 1 – CRM Service, BOPF & Integrations

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP CRM Service solutions.

• Configure and develop BOPF components, SmartForms, Web Services, and OData services.

• Manage integrations with SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft Office, and external applications.

• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

• Handle L2/L3 support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP CRM experience in complex, integrated environments.

• Strong expertise in SAP CRM Service and BOPF; experience with SmartForms and Web Services.

• Knowledge of OData, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP/non-SAP integrations.

• Experience with Jira, ChaRM, SAP Solution Manager, and Confluence.

• French fluency required; relevant SAP, ABAP, or integration certifications are a plus.

Specialist 2 – Social Services Management, WebUI & BRF+

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Analyze business processes, data models, business rules, and application requirements.

• Configure and enhance SAP CRM WebUI, BOL/GenIL, Business Partner, Case Management, Activity Management, and Social Services Management.

• Develop BRF+ rules, workflows, and CRM–SAP S/4HANA integrations.

• Ensure application security, authorizations, traceability, testing, and deployment quality.

• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot incidents, and deliver ongoing enhancements and maintenance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP CRM experience in complex environments.

• Strong expertise in WebUI and BOL/GenIL, with experience in Case Management and master data.

• Knowledge of Social Services Management, BRF+, middleware, and SAP S/4HANA integration.

• Understanding of application security, auditability, and clean-core principles.

• French fluency required; experience with Jira, ChaRM, SAP Solution Manager, and Confluence is expected. SAP CRM certification is a plus.
