The&nbsp;candidate should have strong understanding of the creative and production industry,&nbsp;ultimately worked within a creative agency (or in-house agency) or a production company for&nbsp;a vast majority of their career.&nbsp;</p> <p class="p2">They can shape ideas, briefs and expand on concepts, not only execute them.</p> <p class="p2">They don’t just build prototypes; they think about how things can scale.</p> <p class="p2">They don’t just solve problems; they spot them early and think about mitigating risk.</p> <p class="p2">They are comfortable working with clients and have strong presentation skills.</p> <p class="p2">The Senior CT plays a supporting leadership role across strategic and creative delivery,&nbsp;mentoring and standards. Senior CTs own workstreams, line manage junior team members&nbsp;and help ensure that what we ship is technically robust, creatively ambitious and compliant&nbsp;with corporate and client expectations.
