Principal Solution Architect - Presales Lead AI (m/w/d)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to obsess about customer problem solving, solution improvements, and opportunities for growth. You will enable sales by researching requirements, building PoCs, and modifying our AI solutions. Our solutions are at the forefront of AI development: Video and media data models and training, and you help create value with them. You must have a passion for great customer experience, sales enablement, and strong technical skills.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You enable sales roles with strong solution designs, demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements.
• You will manage and respond to customer and partner inquiries via our ticketing system and email.
• You improve team efficiency (AI methods/FAQs, online community, documentation).

IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU BRING:

• at least 8 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
• more than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact.
• knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
• experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• strong communication skills and are fluent in English.

ALSO DESIRABLE:

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus.
• Experience with Milestone XProtect or other VMS technology is a plus.
• A good understanding of on-premise and embedded AI technology is a plus.
• We expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month.
