Junior Software Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need a Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• We are looking for previous experience within software, controls, automation or electrical engineering.
• PLC, HMI or SCADA experience is advantageous.
• You should have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel.
• You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• We assist with the delivery of industrial automation and software projects.
• We produce technical documentation, including FDS, RAMS and project quotations.
• We develop and modify PLC, HMI and SCADA software.
• We support commissioning, fault-finding and installation activities.
• We work closely with customers, engineers and project teams throughout delivery.
