Software Support Engineer/Professional Services Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £27,000 - 67,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven track record delivering complex technical solutions, specifically involving endpoint security products
- Software debugging skills
- Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and data integration techniques
- Solid understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with infrastructure security

- Identify ways to improve application availability and stabilise the customer experience
- Train clients to use our products effectively
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementation and after deployment
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, and support successful project completion
- Stay up to date with product features, industry trends, and best practices
- Advise clients on strategy and best practices to help them get maximum value from our products
- Conduct progress updates, status meetings, and post-implementation reviews; act as an internal and external point of contact for client escalations
- Collaborate with development and support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues or system discrepancies
