Salary: £45,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical approach and experience as a software or hardware engineer.
  • Strong Python knowledge and comfort developing on Linux or Mac.
  • Experience in software development or automated testing.
  • Strong communication skills, intercultural awareness, and an inclusive approach to working with others.
  • Professional C++ development experience and experience with complex software systems.
  • Experience with Machine Learning frameworks or tooling such as PyTorch.
  • Experience using Python for software development, ML tooling, testing, or automation.
  • Skills in debugging, performance analysis, and solving complex software problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop test infrastructure for our fully automated test flow, including functional and performance testing, visualisation, and report generation.
  • Use advanced pre-silicon platforms for next-generation systems to investigate use cases and workloads, and help ensure our IP and systems deliver strong ML performance and quality.
  • Develop and optimise C++ and Python software for Machine Learning workloads.
  • Work closely with ML software and hardware engineers to understand model execution and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to work that may include ML compilation, PyTorch integration, runtimes, drivers, performance analysis, or embedded software.
  • Contribute to technical design, take ownership of larger engineering challenges, and support the development of other engineers.
