Confidential Search – Director Customer Experience (Berlin)
Turnover Recruitment hat sich mit einem etablierten E-Commerce-Player mit Sitz im Berliner Westen zusammengetan und sucht eine:n Director Customer Experience.
Aufgaben
Verantwortung für das Customer-Experience-Team und die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Tooling und Automatisierung. Fokus auf operative Führung, datengetriebene Steuerung und den Einsatz AI-gestützter CX-Tools.
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer CX- oder Customer-Operations-Leitungsrolle, idealerweise im E-Commerce-, DTC- oder Subscription-Umfeld
- Hands-on-Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit strategischem Blick
- Erfahrung mit datengetriebenen, technologiegestützten CX-Setups
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Qualifikation
- Office im Berliner Westen, 4 Tage Office-Präsenz pro Woche gewünscht
- Offen für etablierte Director-Profile sowie Head-of-Kandidat:innen auf dem Sprung in die erste Director-Rolle
