Salary: £37,000 - 68,500 per year

• Experience with platforms such as Guidewire, FNZ, SS&C, Pershing, Sapiens, Duck Creek, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics would be highly desirable.

We are hiring experienced Insurance Architects at Consultant and Associate Manager level to join our high-impact UK Insurance Architecture team. We work with some of the UKs leading insurers, life offices, wealth managers and platform providers, helping shape major technology decisions and deliver transformational change across the insurance industry. This role involves complex, high-profile transformation programmes covering cloud transformation, digital underwriting, claims transformation, modern data platforms and large-scale technology re-platforming. We are a small, high-impact architecture team working on industry-shaping transformation programmes and major technology decisions, with opportunities to work across cutting-edge technologies including AI and GenAI, deepen your architectural specialism, contribute to technology strategy and industry thought leadership, and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. The role is available from Bath, Bristol or London with hybrid working arrangements, and may require up to 100% mobility depending on client and project requirements.
