Supply Chain Product Owner (D365)

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We want real, evidenced experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally gained in FMCG, automotive, manufacturing, or distribution.
• We want experience with product ownership and the ability to own a product roadmap and backlog.
• We value multi-region or larger enterprise experience.
• Dynamics 365 exposure is highly desirable, though not essential if your supply chain and product ownership experience is strong.
• We welcome candidates from either implementation partner backgrounds or end-user businesses.
• We need someone who can speak with authority and back up their experience with real examples.
• We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable leading their own space in a lean, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you own the product roadmap and backlog for the Supply Chain domain.
• We will have you work closely with senior stakeholders, including board-level stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into clear, value-led outcomes.
• We will have you help shape decisions as the Dynamics 365 platform is implemented.
• We will have you operate in a lean team where ownership and pace are important.
• We will have you contribute ideas that influence how the team and the wider product function evolve.

We are a major UK retail brand, partnering with candidates for a Supply Chain Product Owner to join our Core Technology team as we build out our Dynamics 365 platform. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in Yeovil, Somerset, with onsite working at least once a fortnight and more frequently during the first couple of months, plus occasional access to our Paddington office for team days.
