Salary: £26,000 - 61,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and ability to represent D&A Software Solutions in cross-segment discussions with leadership, marketing, internal partners, and clients.
  • Able to adapt quickly in handling multiple evolving tasks as a result of new engagements and/or re-prioritized deadlines.
  • Able to work on a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to travel to our office(s) and client site(s) as needed.
  • Highly motivated, hard-working, eager to learn, and able to motivate others.
  • Able to regularly communicate status to both internal and external clients.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Several years of web application development experience.
  • Experience leading software teams.
  • Experience leading Agile ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with software development technologies including backend frameworks, frontend frameworks, RESTful APIs, OOP, version control, automated testing, relational databases, programming, web servers and web development.
  • Competency in IAM principles, SAML, Single Sign-On, authentication and authorization techniques.
  • Able to produce high quality and/or final work product under strict deadlines.
  • Flexibility to provide night and weekend coverage when requested.
Responsibilities:
  • Raise awareness in the EMEA region of D&A Software Solutions capabilities and service lines through networking and demonstrations to internal partners and clients.
  • Design, create, and implement client-centric web applications.
  • Lead software projects and collaborate daily with fellow software engineers, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct peer code reviews, triage flaws, and promote updates to production.
  • Play an active role in mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Act as an evangelist to promote best practice and share knowledge both internally and externally.
  • Analyze, program, and test complex modules, both new and changes to existing programs, from design specifications.
  • Learn existing applications and design new tools to improve processes.
  • Identify the relationships among multiple sources and types of data and organize this information to facilitate effective data analysis.
