Senior UX Researcher (f/m/d)

Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year

Requirements:

• You should be experienced in independently leading complex research projects from start to finish.

• You should be able to prioritise effectively across multiple projects, balancing business goals, customer needs, and team capacity.
• You should be able to manage several concurrent workstreams while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
• You should be proactive and self-sufficient, and comfortable identifying and resolving blockers independently.
• You should have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end research projects, from problem definition and scoping through to synthesis, recommendations, and stakeholder alignment.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, workshops, and behavioural analysis.
• Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product and business decisions.
• Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities while maintaining quality and momentum.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to identify research opportunities and answer high-value business questions.
• Communicate research findings effectively to audiences ranging from practitioners to senior stakeholders.
• Influence product strategy through evidence-based recommendations and champion customer needs across our organisation.
• Help teams navigate ambiguity by identifying research approaches, defining next steps, and clarifying complex problem spaces.
• Support the development of our research operations, processes, tooling, and best practices.
• Maintain and contribute to our insights repository so research findings are accessible and reusable.
• Mentor colleagues and support the continued growth of research maturity across our business.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to establish effective feedback loops and strengthen the voice of the customer.
