Senior Solutions Architect - Tech & Services

Salary: £28,000 - 68,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Solution, Domain, Product or Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience shaping technology roadmaps and strategic change.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
• Commercial awareness and outcome-focused decision-making.
• A pragmatic approach to balancing governance and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Help shape product strategy, technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Keep business ambition, architectural direction and delivery execution aligned.
• Contribute to product planning, roadmap development, prioritisation discussions and solution shaping.
• Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance across the assigned portfolio.
• Build relationships with business and technology stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Help deliver sustainable, scalable solutions that support our long-term growth.
• Provide visibility of technical debt and help shape change across service platforms, ITSM, operational capabilities and internal productivity platforms.

This permanent, full-time Senior Solutions Architect role is part of our Strategy & Architecture Team, reporting to the Lead Enterprise Architect and working with product, delivery and engineering colleagues. The role is available in Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Marlow, Newcastle or the South Coast. We offer hybrid working, with two days in the office and three days from home, flexible hours and flexibility around school drop-offs and pick-ups.
