Senior Salesforce Administrator

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience providing Salesforce administration and support.
• Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including objects, fields, flows, and permissions.
• Experience with OmniStudio / OmniScript configuration.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification.
• Must be free to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and technical support to a portfolio of customers.
• Investigate, analyse, and resolve Salesforce support issues within agreed SLAs.
• Manage support requests from initial investigation through to implementation and resolution.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, permissions, and other platform functionality.
• Deliver small-scale Salesforce development and configuration requests.
