Senior Project Manager, Software, Cloud, UcaaS

Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven technology Project Management experience
• Background in Software, SaaS, Cloud or UCaaS
• Good understanding of the SDLC
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and budget responsibility
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
• STEM degree or equivalent experience
• PRINCE2 advantageous
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning or NLP would be a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery
• Own timelines, budgets, risks, issues and change
• Work closely with customers, Software Development and technical teams
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, billing and commercial performance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
• Support bids, tenders, pre-sales and customer presentations
• Keep customers informed and projects moving
