Senior Oracle Recruitment Cloud Functional Consultant

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require active or recently lapsed SC clearance.
• We require expertise in Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
• We require experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
• We require multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
• We require experience running workshops across process, design, configuration, test, and validate.
• We require functional application leadership and guidance to clients on leading practices and software functionality through all phases of an implementation.
• We require the ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge within our Cloud community.

Responsibilities:

• We will lead and oversee the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically within Oracle Cloud Recruitment.
• We will lead workshops and advise the client on best practices for adopting the solution.
• We will lead the configuration of the system to match business requirements and system design.
• We will demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions.
• We will create and develop workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
• We will build trusted relationships with the client and manage expectations on delivery within scope.
• We will drive the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.
• We will influence testing strategy, delivery quality, and business outcomes across ERP transformation programmes.
