Senior Growth Engineer (Fullstack TS/Vue/Node.js)

Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React, plus HTML/CSS and UI libraries.
• Experience owning growth metrics such as product activation, retention, or revenue on a growth or product-led growth team at a SaaS company.
• Experience shipping experiments independently, from hypothesis through the decision to ship or stop.
• Product-mindedness, including the ability to make sound decisions without a product manager and speak with users to gather insight.
• Ability to query data independently and make decisions based on user behavior and experiments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and moving forward without complete specifications or designs.
• A fast, responsible, and ownership-oriented approach to work.
• Existing authorization to work in the country of employment, except in Germany, where we can sponsor visas.
• Nice to have: Exposure to pricing strategy, funnel optimization, or revenue KPIs.
• Nice to have: Past experience as a founder or early-stage startup engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate, build, and iterate on product experiences that help users become successful, long-term customers.
• Own high-impact parts of the n8n Cloud journey, including signup, onboarding, billing, upgrade flows, and in-product experiences.
• Design, build, and A/B test features such as upgrade flows, contextual prompts, and pricing nudges to improve conversion and retention.
• Track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ship iteratively to support ARR, user retention, and growth KPIs.
• Build and optimize systems that support user growth at scale, including in-app messaging platforms, billing systems, and email orchestration tools.
• Maintain and improve growth-critical features, including signup, onboarding, and the admin dashboard.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, marketing, and engineering to accelerate self-serve growth.
