Senior Consultant, SAP Change & Training

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

• You should be working towards, or hold, a foundational certification in recognised change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or ACMP.
• You should have exposure to SAP implementation or transformation programmes and a basic understanding of SAP system landscapes and their impact on user roles and processes.
• You should have awareness of SAP Activate delivery methodology and how Change Management and Training integrates into it.
• You should have exposure to user adoption and training tools such as WalkMe, Articulate 360, or Synthesia.

Responsibilities:

• We contribute to the delivery of change management and training within SAP transformation programmes.
• We support larger initiatives and take responsibility for specific tasks and deliverables.
• We help develop and implement comprehensive change and training strategies.
• We support the management of sub-workstreams and specific deliverables to drive sustainable user adoption of SAP transformations.
• We support the prioritisation and integration of transformation enablement considerations across multiple SAP project workstreams.
• We help ensure change and training activities are integrated into broader programme plans.
• We apply and develop practical experience across one or more SAP functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, or HR to inform change and training strategies.
• We support the development and implementation of key change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
• We assist with the design and facilitation of workshops.
• We support the end-to-end management of training, including needs analysis, strategy development, design, development, and delivery of learning programmes.
• We assist with facilitating training for diverse audiences in person and virtually.
• We support the evaluation of training effectiveness.
• We manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively within a project environment.
• We contribute to stakeholder engagement and build rapport with clients and project teams.
