Senior Business Analyst - Workstream Lead

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Industry Consultant, with deep oil industry knowledge, particularly midstream
• Strong ability to apply expertise to complex change and bring clarity and structure to ambiguity
• Experience working effectively with both business stakeholders and technology teams
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC, with no expectation to configure or build
• Leadership capability to guide other business analysts and keep workstreams moving

Responsibilities:

• Lead design activities and contribute expertise to complex, cross-domain topics
• Drive and coordinate business analysis across the delivery lifecycle
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Lead a team of business analysts and ensure quality of outputs
• Support transformation work involving SAP as the primary technology platform, with connected custom-built applications for trading and shipping

We are hiring a Senior SAP Business Analyst / Workstream Lead for a major European transformation programme based in London Canary Wharf, with 2-3 days per week onsite. This is a 12-month contract paid at £700 per day inside IR35 on an umbrella-only basis. The role is client-facing and delivery-focused, supporting complex change across cross-domain areas, and offers the opportunity to take ownership of a critical workstream in a high-impact transformation.
