Senior Application Operations Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing the technical application support of services, including implementing improvement initiatives to deliver a quality service.
• Evidence of ownership and initiative when working with stakeholders to ensure service outcomes are achieved.
• Evidence of managing multiple competing priorities and using techniques to ensure customer outcomes are met.
• Ability to take a holistic view of applications, their interfaces and dependencies to diagnose issues and coordinate resolution activities across multiple services.
